Sares Regis Group of Northern California recently purchased The Tower Plaza building at 2121 El Camino Real in San Mateo, CA. a 12-story, 35-year-old building, one of San Mateo's tallest and most visible office complexes. They plan to invest $10 million on renovations and improvement to the 200,000-square-foot facility.

As a result of the purchase, Yolanda Faile, district manager for Tower Plaza, and other Northern California properties, decided to find a web-based, work flow management solution to help her manage her growing and diverse portfolio and to help the company be more efficient and profitable.
