- You decide to purchase one of our products.
- We schedule an online startup session, utilizing a web
conferencing service, between our client services technician and you, and
includes training on setup and operation.
Scheduling, normally, occurs within 24 hours of your decision to purchase. The startup session occurs,
approximately, 7-10 business days later, at a time and date convenient to you.
The startup session is geared toward the system administrator(s) that will
provide training and support to your staff, tenants/customers and vendors.
- We're on stand-by to work with you with data import/conversion
or additional training needs, including: phone support, site personnel email notifications, group training and other programs.
